Well, just by looking at the game chat, and the turns, I highly doubt that they are multi's. As well, there seems to be no collusion between the 2. "we made it" is a pretty innocuous statement. He could have meant " we made it" to Xmas since the rest of his post that you left out said "happy holidays".
How hilarious! I will report another abuse: Game 10004022. That's where I said the same thing to ALL players. Pointing to Xmas and very common I guess when you're playing for months in an endless game. And the reaction is common for frustrated players. Maybe an idea for F.P.A. meetings?

Red and gray were going at each other and you were just watching. Red decided to attack you and you returned the favor gray decided to sit back and watch. You and red have gone after each off and on the last several rounds. Just because someone doesn't make the attacks that you think they should does not make it secret diplomacy. This is CLEARED.
