In the past if u won a tournament,
you could look it up in medaldescription
and it stated which map or occasion u won that medal,
just finished a trafalgar tournament,
but it doesnt mention it in the medal description,
instead it just says
"Met requirements for Level 1 (1 Tournaments)"
Is this something new?
i would like to see the name of the Tournament and map , as it was in the past
this new descriptionl is not good, in fact its unacceptable

Same thing is happening to me. However, for organizing a tournament I still received the old description.
Hopefully it is just a bug that is being work out.

Like NS said, it is a bug. It's been a problem for quite a while now. I don't know why it's taking so long to fix, or who's supposed to be fixing it, but it's not the Tournament Department.

I'm holding out hope that the ones that were previously issued incorrectly can be fixed automatically somehow, since it's going to be a major pain to go back and manually issue all of them. As soon as the auto-awarding does get fixed, we'll work on collecting all the wrongly issued ones and re-issue them correctly, because doing them after the system is fixed will be faster than manually typing out each message.
New medals are as fixed as they're going to get I'm pretty sure. The automatic description states both the old text/link and the new statement about achieving a level (even though you omitted the first section from your quote).
Medals that were previously issued that include only the new statement have not been manually updated yet.
