Comments: He admits to throwing the game to murphy who clearly is not involved but makes the kill for the gifted win...but then he starts to defame murphy and trys to stir up a problem and conflict by trying to make the players think him and murphy are working together. This is abuse I think of the game by throwing it and of murphys name by accusing him of working together and no one really knows if its true people will wonder about murphy now.

I think something should be done.

did you know that posting for someone who is banned from posting is against the rules? also....i dont think he threw the game, I'm pretty sure he was just trying to piss off thornheart. the assassin games on maps like this and doodle earth are very much a game of luck as anything else.

Wow. Well Thorn was being a dick to the lower ranked guy...no surprise there. Then the lower ranked guy decided to have a bit of fun. Thorn shouldn't have been so mean to the lower ranked guy...the lower ranked guy is premium and just trying some new stuff. Hell, I remember trying feudal, speed, freestyle for the first time. Got my ass handed to me. A few of the other players bitched about how I ruined their game. f*ck 'em. If you want a game without low ranked players, make some friends (hard for some people I know) and set up a private game. Otherwise, shut up and stop being mean to people for no reason.

I think if there is going to be a defamation complaint, it should be made by the person being defamed. Not the proxy (i agree this is not allowed under CC rules) of a person in the game that was not subject to the defamation. Further, even a moron can see that Murph didn't have shit to do with what that lower ranked guy did.

I would warn the poster below, warn Thorn, clear Murph, and warn the lower ranked player that pretending to be a secret alliance is not cool.

It does really ruin assassin games playing with low ranked players who essentially suicide, intentionally or not. I'd rate him 1 on game play for playing like an idiot, 1 on fair play for suicide-ing, and 1 on attitude for pretending to be conducting secret diplomacy. It would be really nice to be able to exclude certain ranks from joining games to prevent this....

a.) reports about members ands games are made by players NOT in the specific game all the time.

2. I never said Murphy was in on it...you need to READ the complaint before stating your thoughts.

3. THORNHEART is a dick when people suicide pointlessly...THORNHEART didn't say a word to teal until teal in the first round reduced himself to 1's.

4. I don't believe reducing yourself to 1's is "learning the game its just being stupid and a dick.

5. He was quite happy and content throwing the game a true learner would have tried to appologize to the OTHERS atleast for wasting a game and being stupid.

6. Instead he revels in his ruination of the game.

7. He accuses Murphy of secret diplomacy.

8. He admits to secret diplomacy.

9. No one posting in this thread needs to be warned as NO posting rules were violated. ANYONE is allowed to make a report on ANYTHING suspicious.

10. Thorn DOESNT need to be warned because he is allowed to call names in chat and let others know about what he thinks is suspisious behaviour.

Now next point to make is that, yes, anyone may make an accusation, but you are posting FOR thornheart, because he cannot, and are therefore breaking forum rules.
You weren't in the game, yet you make accusations about him running down to 1s. do you have some hidden camera I don't know about?
BTW I was in the game. If i thought something unfair was going on, don't you think I would have said something?

I don't think you are reading into this correctly. The fact is that what is said leads the reader to believe there may be a C+A case. If there should not be, this does not make the chat acceptable.

It would be a dangerous precedent to make it OK to accuse your opponents of conducting secret diplomacy or attempting to do so, when this did not in fact occur. "Hey guys lets gang up on purple he just PM'd me asking for an alliance" or something like that. Then the other players have reason to suspect purple of secret diplomacy, open unfounded C+A cases, waste mods time, etc.

Thats how he "alerted" me and how I was watching the game...your reading way to far into things. Yes he did say I was gonna post the accusation because he can't...theres nothing wrong with that...I saw thee same issues him and murphy did...I made the complaint...should I not make thee complaint because THORN is on a ban ?? don't be a noob...he told me it was suspious I looked it was and reported simple as that. stop derailing the topic.

Also I have not post "for" thornheart i have posted this for Murphy who was the victim here and even had i been posting for thornheart the crime i am reporting is real and therefore its the duty of anyone to report it so its invalid point that im posting for thorn. and finally I havnt not posted mutiple times as nightstrike was refering to so its mute again.
