People sign up to this site and have limited extra's you get with payment....1 is unlimited games which is the main attraction..the next is speed games....and this was unlimited until a few days ago as far as i know...not sure why this has been instated but is not what paying users have been promised at point of payment...this is disturbing....what is the next premium membership option to go??? this seems a useless change.. what can be the advantage of doing this?????

this is the posting site for cheating....everyone who payed prior to this change has been cheated out of there promised usage of the site ..this post is in the correct place...WE HAVE BEEN CHEATED OUT OF OUR RIGHTS FOR WHICH WE PAYED....

Guys I do have to agree, all the assassin addicts win most of their games by being able to play 10+ games at a time and out play the others. Just saying, we do pay $25 for unlimited games and now we have been restricted.

i wish i had the time to go through all of your game histories to see who of you actually played more than 10 speed games at a time...I would guess on the whole site i could count them on one hand

Doesn't matter, the consideration paid ($25) was for a given set of options and abilities and these have been re-negotiated unilaterally without agreement by those who already paid. Contractually CC would be fucked if someone flipped their shit and sued. The appropriate change would be to limit those who renew or go premium at 'x' date when the site decided upon this limitation to be notified of the limitation and then it would be binding but under actual contract law what CC did doesn't fly.

well no you will find that any company has a clause in there, saying terms and conditions etc can be changed at any stage without any consideration to others.

Do the Terms of Service state that services cannot be changed? Banks certainly do it to you all the time, as do most other businesses.

Actually, as jefjef has pointed out, the STATED services have not changed. I might suggest that the site was only correcting an error that allowed people to play more than 10 speed games at one time.

this is amazingly ridiculous now.....i payed and signed up with full expectations to use this site as i always have played 30 -50 speed games at a time and many, many others do as well.....i dont care who has time to look at what.....there are many players that do this. join 15 speed assasins and are actually playing in another active 10..games.....thats how those game fill..WITHOUT being able to create and join many games they will be very slow start and keep them going.....therefore this not what i paid for!!!! i completely agree , just cause others aren able to play over 10 speed games at a time doesnt mean everyone cant. Speed assassian games are over within seconds and its a pain to keep having to join other games instead of getting what we were promised when we bought a premium.this is a stupid new update that will benefit very little but will effect a lot of paying customers.

really when was the last point dumper? they happen so little that this new rule seems pointless since many of the honest players in CC will be effected by this.

I do not see where it tells you, that you can play UNLIMITED SPEED games. Seems like a technicality, but CC has not violated the terms of service based on the above notes.

playing unlimited games is both speed and casual so in that way CC has violated terms of service

This is just plain wrong. Just because there's a disclaimer doesn't mean any modification can be permitted. Consumer expectations and past conduct can create binding commitments and arguably that's what CC did. And where is said policy with those terms and conditions, I can't find them.
