What i find most impressive is if you have been here 12 years (i assume from the above) and only 155 completed games. Do you take a daily pill to prevent the addiction? I need that pill.

Lets say its an 8 player game. Currently when you miss your turn does not come around again until everyone else has their turn (you wait another 7 turns). Instead, why not just you slot in after the next player up ...

What gets people upgrading (freemium to paying member) is the addiction.

Maybe the site owner does not play and this is lost on him/her. For those addicted, 4 games is never enough so this is really the only restriction you need. Every other feature - speed, invites etc could be made free ...
